Essential oils

The activity lasts 1.5 hours except for the cosmetics session which lasts 2 hours.

No prior knowledge is required.

The course consists of four sessions:

1) Introduction to aromatherapy : we will learn to use essential oils from scratch, with confidence and safety.

2) Aromatherapy and emotions : we will connect with our inner self and let ourselves be accompanied by the magic of nature to balance our emotions and take care from our heart.

3) Natural cosmetics : we will create our own personal care products, free of chemicals to pamper our skin and respect the planet.

4) Family aromatherapy : how to accompany the people around us in our daily lives.

To ensure an optimal experience, workshops are held with a minimum of 4 participants. If the minimum is not reached, we will offer you the possibility of recovering the amount.

You can cancel your registration up to 62 hours before the activity and receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 62 hours in advance will not be eligible for a refund.
